Get started in 5 minutes

Follow these steps to connect your first integration and start extracting bugs and feature requests from support tickets automatically.

1. Sign up and create your organization

Create your Watari account and set up your organization. Invite your team members — anyone who needs to see bug reports or manage integrations.

2. Connect your support tool

Authorize Watari to access your Zendesk or Intercom account via OAuth. The integration takes under two minutes. See the integrations guide for step-by-step instructions.

3. Configure a notification channel

Connect Slack, Linear, or Jira so bugs and feature requests are delivered directly to your engineering and product teams. You can enable multiple channels simultaneously.

4. Process your first ticket

When a support ticket is created or tagged, your provider sends a webhook to Watari. The pipeline automatically fetches the thread and runs AI extraction for bugs and feature requests — no action required.

5. Review extracted tickets

Head to the /tickets dashboard to see structured bug reports and feature requests with severity ratings, reproduction steps, and customer impact. Each report links back to the originating support ticket.
